Getting the house ready

.....not for the baby but to sell. We are having to go through and clean, do some small repairs, and just get it looking its very best. We are going to put it up for sale in the next week or two. We are hoping someone looking to get the tax credit will buy our home quickly. We have found many houses we are interested in but didn't want to get to excited looking before we sold ours. We are hoping to get it sold and moved into our new home before the baby makes it's arrival.
